Introduction
This is my guide to how I did agility. It’s a pretty good way if you want to level it quick like I did.

Level 1-25
Obviously you will be starting out on the Gnome Stronghold Course. Train here until you hit level 25 Agility.

Level 25-35
Once you’ve hit level 25 Agility, the Skullball Course will become available to you. To use this course you will first have to complete the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest. If you choose not to do this course, you may stay at the Gnome Stronghold Course, which will require about another 169 laps. If you stay at the Skullball Course however, it will only require about 20 laps. This Course requires a bit of thinking though.

Level 35-40
When you hit level 35 Agility, the Barbarian Outpost Course will become available to you. To get to level 40 Agility would take about 281 laps around this course.

Level 40-52
Now that you have reached level 40 Agility, you should probably hit up the Brimhaven Agility Arena. This is probably one of the courses you’ll have the most fun at, and at this level it is great experience. What you want to take is about 500 coins and some food like cakes or something. It will take maybe about 200 tickets for you to reach level 52.

Level 52-75
Once you’ve hit level 52 Agility, you are going to want to head to the Wilderness Agility Course. This course is great for experience as well, you will be getting levels in no time. I recommend you take anti poison potions and plenty of food with you because revenants will come inside of the course. If you do get attacked by a revenant, to get it to stop following you, you simply log out…wait a minute for the revenant to pass and leave the course, then log back in and continue training. This course will take about 1,902 laps before you finally reach level 75 Agility. If you do get tired of the Wilderness Course, you can skip right onto Ape Atoll, and if you don’t feel like making trips for food…take a knife along with you because there are pineapples on Ape Atoll.

Level 75-85
Honestly, to me…this was the worst part of training Agility (because of the vine you will have to swing down a lot), but hang in there. Once you have gotten to level 75 Agility, the Ape Atoll course is where you want to head, because you will not ever fail this course. To make it to level 85, you will need to make about 3,532 passes around this course. (Don’t forget you need a ninja monkey greegree to be able to use the course).

Level 85-90
This would be the part that I’m still on, but the experience is great. Again, once you hit level 85 Agility, you will gain access to the Advanced Gnome Stronghold Course! This is also the course you will be obtaining the first of your Agile armor, the Agile Bottom (requires 250 perfect laps). It will take you around 2,880 laps around this course to reach level 90. When you reach level 89 Agility, you will fail this course no longer.

Level 90-99
Finally! You have reached level 90 Agility! This is the final step to getting 99 agility! What you want to do is hit up the Advanced Barbarian Outpost Course, and go get your Agile Top (requires 250 perfect laps). If you want, you can train at this course until 99, or you can head back to the Advanced Gnome Stronghold Course and level there till you reach your goal. If you plan on staying at the Advanced Barbarian Course, it will take you 10,380 laps to reach your goal…and if you head back to the Advanced Gnome Course, it will require 10,605 more laps to reach your goal.
